2. Responsible for on-site commissioning and trial operation of the supplied equipment until acceptance;

3. Responsible for on-site operation and maintenance training for the buyer's personnel;

4. One-year warranty under correct operation conditions, with long-term supply of spare parts guaranteed;

5. Long-term technical consultation services provided;

6. Within and outside the warranty period, the supplier will provide a clear solution within 3 hours of receiving notice of equipment failure from the buyer. If the supplier's personnel are required, they will arrive for repairs within 24 hours domestically, and within 5 hours in the Pearl River Delta region (excluding travel time). For international users, arrangements will be made based on visa conditions and further negotiation with foreign clients.
